Low-Interest Loans to Encourage Energy Efficiency
Petit Jean Electric Cooperative is a member-owned rural electric cooperative that serves customers in the Clinton and Marshall areas. To encourage energy efficiency in businesses, Petit Jena Electric offers low-interest loans to multi-family homes and businesses for upgrades to heat pumps, building insulation, windows, doors and other appliances and building envelope improvements. Customers can borrow up to $4,000 for structures with 2-4 units and $1000 per unit for multi-family.
